How the customer wallet works
A prepaid balance that customers control, honored across your whole store group.
Deposit in advance
Customers add money to their wallet at the POS, in the AdvEntGala app, or through the QR web portal, building a balance before they shop.
Pay from the wallet
At checkout, the purchase amount is drawn from the wallet balance whenever the customer chooses, at any store in the group.
Returns go back in
When a customer returns goods, the refund is deposited directly into the wallet as instant credit they can spend on their next visit.
