What counts as a ‘member’?
A member is an enrolled loyalty customer in your store group. Limits refer to active members on your plan.
What is a ‘client’?
A client is an individual store or location. Customers and programs are shared across all clients in your store group.
Is the customer wallet included?
Yes. The customer wallet is included on Standard and Enterprise plans. Customers can keep an advance balance in their wallet, spend it on purchases, and receive refunds for returned goods directly into the wallet.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time as your business grows.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying a year in advance lowers your effective monthly rate on every plan, as shown above.
