Agreement to terms
By accessing or using AdvEntVIPClub, you agree to these Terms of Service. The platform is provided by
Sypram Software LLC.
Use of the service
You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for your own business operations. You are responsible
for the accuracy of data you submit and for the conduct of users under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Annual plans are billed a year in advance at the
discounted rate. Plan limits on members and clients apply as described on the Pricing page.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the customer data you process through the platform. We act as a processor of
that data and will handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customer wallet & stored value
The customer wallet lets your customers hold an advance balance and receive refunds for returned goods
as wallet credit. Wallet balances and other stored value represent obligations of your business to your
customers, not of Sypram Software LLC. You are responsible for honoring wallet balances and for
complying with stored-value, prepaid, and gift card regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Marketing messages may only be sent to recipients who have provided valid opt-in consent. You agree to
comply with all applicable laws governing electronic communications.
Availability & changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and
these terms; material changes will be communicated.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to
the fees paid for the service.
