Most businesses are live the same day. You configure a program, enable a sign-up channel (POS, tablet, or QR), and start enrolling members immediately.
No. Customers can enroll and start earning at the register, on an in-store tablet, or by scanning a QR code. The AdvEntGala app is an optional bonus for members who want to track points and receive promotions on their phone.
Three ways, all feeding the same central database: a cashier registers them at the POS, they enter their own details on an in-store tablet, or they scan a printed QR code to open a no-login web page.
Three types, and you can run several at once: spend-based (points per dollar), visit-based (bonus points per visit, with optional daily caps), and item-based (rewards tied to specific products or SKUs).
Points are earned through your program rules and tracked on a point ledger. Store credit is a separate currency issued when a reward threshold is met — it lives on its own ledger so your accounting stays clean. Both can be redeemed across all stores in your client-group.
You decide. Each program sets its own expiry in days, or you can choose never to expire. The system tracks a spendable balance that automatically excludes expired points at the moment of redemption.
Yes — that's the heart of the client-group model. Members enroll once and can earn and redeem at any participating store in the group, while central data remains the single source of truth.
AdvEntVIPClub records explicit, per-channel consent for every member — email, SMS, and push — along with when and where it was captured. The marketing engine checks consent before any send, helping you stay aligned with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR-style requirements.
Yes. Build audiences from points, spend, last-visit windows, and more, then send targeted email, SMS, or push campaigns. Every recipient is logged with delivery status for full auditability.
Customer PII is encrypted at rest, access is role-based and scoped to your client-group, and the platform uses JWT authentication. Multi-tenant isolation ensures one business can never see another's data.
AdvEntVIPClub exposes all services through REST APIs with JWT authentication, so your POS can register customers, log transactions, and check balances directly. Each store also keeps a fast read-only cache synced one-directionally from the central database.
Nothing bad. Transactions use the POS-supplied ID as their key, so a retried request is recognized as a duplicate rather than double-crediting the customer. The API treats it as a success.
Yes. AdvEntVIPClub includes merge tooling for customers, clients, and client-groups, and every merge is recorded in an audit log so the history is always traceable.
