Starter is $40/month (or $32/month billed yearly) for a single store with up to 10,000 members. It includes the core loyalty engine, QR and tablet sign-up, points and basic rewards, and 500 emails per month. You can try it with a guided demo before you commit.
A member is an enrolled loyalty customer in your client-group. Inactive or merged records don't count toward your limit, so your billing reflects your real active audience.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you grow past a tier's limits, we'll let you know before anything changes.
Email is unlimited on Growth and Enterprise. High-volume SMS is metered at cost on Enterprise; your success manager will set up transparent per-message pricing.
