These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdvEntVIPClub platform provided by Sypram Software ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
AdvEntVIPClub is a cloud-based customer loyalty, rewards, and marketing platform. We provide access to the platform, its REST APIs, administrative tools, and the AdvEntGala member application as described in your subscription plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Administrator accounts are role-based and scoped to your client-group. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and to obtain all necessary consents from your customers before sending marketing communications. You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to violate applicable privacy and communications laws.
You retain ownership of the customer data you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We act as a processor of customer data on your behalf and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of subscription. Plan limits, such as member counts and stores, apply as described on our pricing page. We will notify you before any change that materially affects your plan.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the agreed terms. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion or anonymization.
